an ivory tower

People usually said school life in the university as in an ivory tower. I never realized of the real meaning why to quote IVORY TOWER for another name of university.

Now i know yet its quite late to know that.

Ivory tower is kind of place or situation where the people retreat from the unpleasant realities of everyday life and pretend that these do not exist.

That’s the university life huh?!

Haha~ How pathetic it is for all the mahasiswi n mahasiswa.. Wahaha~~ and my as well….
